BBQ - Grilled vegetables

1. Get the vegetables out of the packaging.
2. Add salt and freshly ground pepper, pour a little oil on both sides.
3. Preheat the pan until hot / light up the grill or barbecue.
4. Place vegetables on a hot pan / barbecue or grill.
5. Fry on each side for 2 minutes, until golden brown crust, then fry for 5-10 minutes over low heat / away from the main heat.
6. Remove vegetables from the pan / wire rack / barbecue.
