BBQ - Salmon fillet steak

The price is for 100 g

1. Get the steak out of the package.
2. Add salt and freshly ground pepper.
3. For the best result the steak should lie down for a few minutes and warm up to room temperature.
4. Preheat the pan until hot / light up the grill or barbecue.
5. Place the steak on a hot pan / BBQ or grill.
6. Fry on each side for 2 minutes, until golden brown crust, then fry for 6 minutes over low heat / away from the main heat.
7. Remove the steak from the pan / wire rack / barbecue, pour over with olive oil and lemon juice.

Chef's tip: Salmon can also be steamed. Put the fish in a steamer and cook for 10 minutes.
