BBQ - File Mignon

The price is for 100 g

1. Get the steak out of the package.
2. For best results the steak should lie for 9-10 minutes outside the refrigerator, the steak should have a room temperature.
3. Preheat a frying pan until hot / light a barbecue or grill.
4. Blot the steak with a towel. The less moisture, the better the crust.
5. Put salt and pepper on both sides.
6. Place the steak on a hot frying pan / BBQ or grill.
7. Fry on each side for 2 minutes, until golden brown crust, then fry for 7-8 minutes over low heat / away from the heat.
8. Remove the steak from the pan / wire rack / barbecue and let it rest for 4-5 minutes in a warm place covered with foil.
