BBQ - Young potatoes

  1. Get the potatoes out of the package.
  2. Cut in half or quarter.
  3. Add salt and freshly ground pepper.
  4. Preheat the frying pan / light up the grill or barbecue.
  5. Fry in oil until golden brown crust for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Put on a hot plate.

Chef's tip: When grilling or barbecuing, place the potatoes on a skewer without cutting.
