BBQ - BBQ moriawase (assorted)

1. Get the product out of the package, string it on a skewer (if grilling on the grill).
2. For the best result, the product for the yakitori kebab should lie down for a few minutes and warm up to room temperature.
3. Preheat the pan until hot / light up the grill or barbecue.
4. Put the kebab on a hot frying pan / barbecue or grill.
5. Fry on each side for 2 minutes, until golden brown crust, then fry for 10 minutes over low heat / away from the main heat.
6. If frying in a pan with yakitori sauce, heat in the sauce until thickened. If cooking the grill or barbecue then grease with sauce on both sides and fry.
7. Put on a warm plate.
