Recipe: 1. Get the octopus out of the package. 2. For best results the octopus should lie down for a few minutes, it should have a room temperature. 3. Preheat the pan until hot / light up the grill or barbecue. 4. Place the octopus on a hot pan / barbecue or grill. 5. Fry on each side for 2 minutes, then fry for 6 minutes over low heat / away from the main heat. 6. Remove the octopus from the pan / wire rack / barbecue, pour over the chimichurri sauce. Chef's tip: Octopus can be cooked in the oven. Remove it from the package. Put in an oven preheated to 170° C for 15-20 minutes. Grease it with sauce and set for another 5-7 minutes. Storage mode: 0° C + 4° C
