BBQ - Burger cutlet set

1. Take the cutlets out of the package.
2. Preheat the pan until hot / light up the grill or barbecue.
3. Place the cutlets on a hot frying pan / barbecue or grill.
4. Fry on each side for 2 minutes, until golden brown crust, then fry for 10 minutes over low heat / away from the heat.
5. Remove the cutlets from the frying pan / wire rack / barbecue, let it "rest" for 2-3 minutes in a warm place covered with foil.
