BBQ - Argentine shrimps

1. Get the shrimps out of the package.
2. Add salt and freshly ground pepper.
3. For best results the shrimps should lie down for a few minutes and warm up to room temperature.
4. Preheat the pan until hot / light up the grill or barbecue.
5. Place the shrimps on a hot pan / BBQ or grill.
6. Fry on each side for 1 minute, until golden brown crust, then fry for 2 minutes over low heat / away from the main heat.
7. Remove the shrimps from the pan / wire rack / barbecue and pour over with olive oil and lemon juice.
