BBQ - Lamb tongues

1. Remove the tongues from the package.
2. Add salt and freshly ground pepper.
3. Preheat the pan until hot / light up the grill or barbecue.
4. Put the tongues on a hot pan / barbecue or grill.
5. Fry on each side for 2 minutes, until golden brown crust, then fry for 5-10 minutes over low heat / away from the main heat.
6. Remove the tongues from the frying pan / wire rack / barbecue, grease with sauce.
